Something to look forward to: The Saints!

Does anyone actually think we'll compete in this game? And if so, do you think we'll actually be able to hold Brees and Co. with a 10pt lead in the 4th? How about a 14pt lead? 17?!?

    :grbac:

I've got ZERO confidence in both the "O" or "D" to finish against the Taints. They've got a fantastic 4-man rush thats gonna eat this O-line up and give Joe pressure and we obviously know what their "O" can do. With Cam and Matty calling plays, we could easily lose this game by 14+ pts!!

Unless they start playing 4 quarters of NFL Football, this game could be our big turd this year!

You may be right, but the Texans just had 500 yards of offense and lost. The Saints offense is good but not that much better than what we just faced.

The Ravens appear to play to the level of their competition. That being said, the Saints game should be a fun game to watch.
Of course this is just my opinion

The Ravens play down to their opponents, that's no secret. They can play up to the level of good teams as well, but seem to find a way to botch it as seen in Atl, NE and vs. Pitt. That said I think we can win this one.

There is no doubt IMHO that we will compete.

    Now winning is another question.

I don't care what anybody says, the Ravens are NOT a winter team this year. We don't have the blocking for a running game. If they can't find a way to fix the pass protection this week we're screwed.

I don't believe this Ravens team won't compete, but closing it out against a solid Saints team sounds crazy after last night. Every good to great team we've played this year we've had a lead in the 4th quarter and the D has shit the bed. Last night was no different.

Naw, I dont think the Saints will beat us that bad. We've got some adjustments to make but this is a winnable game. The Saints almost lost to Carolina, got beat by the Browns, and went to the final seconds vs. Cinci last week. They are CERTAINLY capable of losing to us.
