I'm not saying you are wrong here, but this mentality if it is one embraced by Harbaugh, flies in the face of nurturing an environment based upon competition.

This would also undermine positional coaches who do possess a drive to excel and advance in the coaching ranks. Sooner or later, they'll exit to a team that rewards results.

This quasi-nepotism can threaten organizational stability and I don't see Steve Bisciotti standing for that.

If Marvin is fired, I will take Marvin back, or Zimmer. I'd also take Frazier out of Minny if Chilly gets canned.

So...I'd take Wade Phillips, Marvin Lewis or Mike Zimmer if they are fired, Leslie Frazier, Lovie Smith if he gets canned, John Fox if he gets canned, Rod Marinelli if he gets canned with Lovie Smith's staff.
