    Festivus

His definitions and arguments were so clear in his own mind that he was unable to understand how any reasonable person could honestly differ with him.

Per AW, this kills the Walter talk. Mason and TO still might be in the mix.

The Ravens have backed off from Kevin Walter.

Agreed, the great thing is we can almost look at all the same players that we could before the Boldin trade if we trade down into the early 2nd and pick up a extra pick. If we can get a DE, TE, CB and WR then im happy.

I doubt Marcus Smith will fuss about giving up his number to Boldin.

Makes sense, Walter will probably get in the same range as Burleson and Boldin, Mason and TO will get contracts half that long if that.

Honestly, what's the problem with giving TO say, a 2 year deal frontloaded? No cap this year, and it would significantly upgrade the position further. Plus it wouldn't burden us in the future.

Getting Flacco the personnel he needs to max his potential is all I've ever wanted...

Kudos to the Wizard of Oz!

Having Boldin and Stallworth makes a possible TO pick up tolerable (barely).

I'd still like to get Joe a future #1 Wr, as someone touched on earlier tho getting Bolidin kinda buys them time but im hoping they trade down out of the first to pick up a extra pick, use the 5's to move back up...get a combination of something like Demaryius Thomas, Tyson Alualu, Brandon Ghee, Colin Peek(just examples at those positions) and i'd be ecstatic.

I will not question Ozzie, and I like Boldin but the draft won't be very interesting after th 2nd round.

    Our picks by round now
    Round 1 - 1
    Round 2 - 1
    Round 3 - 0
    Round 4 - 0
    Round 5 - 2
    Round 6 - 1
    Round 7 - 0

I really hope Ozzie hit with his first two round picks. This takes away the possibility of getting an impact player for all 3 weaknesses

    WR, CB, Pass Rush DE.

This makes me wonder if we will trade back to get more picks.'

sorry a string of thoughts strung together...
    You are forgetting compensation picks.

Jason Brown, Bart Scott should get us at least 4's.

No..as has been stated before, the Ravens won't get more than a late round pick (5th on) for comp.
