    Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Colts

Harbaugh is challenging. Tough call. Could see this going either way. His left knee/shin APPEARS to be down, but it really is split second.

In a way though you can. If you know the Colts passing attack is better than your secondary (and come on, Harbaugh HAS to know this), then you take the ball and at least try to score first and if anything the Colts have to tie the game.

I think Ed Reed jumped that route and guessed wrong...AGAIN.

If not...that was one pathetic scheme...who has 2 guys out there and has them switch man in the middle of the damn play? If you are gonna play zone, you need another guy out there.

Not blaming Foxworth on that...it looks like the typical "closest man looks like the guy who got beat" play.

Washington however, is straight ass garbage.

    And there is the fumble.

I give up...this has been a very tough year.

At least when Billick crashed and burned the year following good ones, we got top 10 draft picks. This year, we are gonna finish at 8-8 and get a mediocre pick in the middle of the round.

Thumbs down Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Colts

This looks just like the game a few years ago. Easy Irsays' TD on first possession, then we turn over the ball on our first possession. 14-0, game over right away.

Why run out of the end zone?

    Whew - no fumble.

1st, Rice for 2 out of the I. Gumbel said 3-4. Don't know where the hell he gets that.
2nd and 8, Rice for another 2. That 2 apparently was very little. When the other 2 was 4. Oh, announcers.
3rd and 6, bullet quick hit to KW going outside for 8. First down.

1st, from the 33, dump to Rice on the swing who gets about 3-4.
2nd and 6, pump fake and give to Rice for 5. Short 3rd down.
3rd and 1, Clayton motions to the backfield and FB give to McClain for 2-3 and a first.
