Funny video on Harbaugh's coaching methods
Was browsing the videos on NFL.com and ran across this "Ravens outlook" video, which is actually a discussion about predicting our season...
but there's about 1-2 mins at the beginning showing Harbaugh being the HC at camp. You can see right away he gets right at the players, it just strikes me as really funny...he does a good job of calling out players.

I liked when he was talking to #40 and says "You run to the 20 yard line, that's where you have the 2, then the 0"...it makes him look kind've like an a-hole, but it's the kind of coaching we need out there to get the best out of guys.
