  1. Troy Pileofpoopoo called Flacco

a third string quarterback Maybe I am making too much out of this, but Joe's not a third string QB anymore:p I truly hope "The Unflappable" Flacco is allowed to be the QB he has shown throughout the season..They need to use his short range passing game as well as his long passing threat! I am so tired of seeing one to two yard gains on first down...Use his quick short passes to spread that Sqeelers defense out!

Boy accuses something as being tasteless in the very same thread he uses the term "Pileofpoopoo" to describe someone else.

    Hello again, irony.

I saw the interview on NFL Total Access and Troy wasn't calling Joe Flacco out, he was simply saying that in the beginning of year Flacco was our 3rd string QB and that most players in the NFL get there start due to injury to the guy in front of them. If nothing had happened to Boller and Smith, Flacco probably would have been our 3rd string QB...for a little while anyway.

I looked for the interview on NFL.com but it wasn't there.

It was actually complimentary. It was hard to hear the interview because Polomule has a little girl's voice, but he mentioned how he started out as a third string QB and got the job via injury and then took hold of it. He even said that is how most NFL jobs are gotten. You get a shot for whatever reason and if you can play you keep it.

Why am I not surprised he took the interview out of context?

Yea, despite being a Steeler, I haven't really heard Troy say anything that'd make me hate him in interviews.

I'm pretty sure that if they had interviewed Hines Ward or Ben, they would've been talking smack.

That's how I heard it, but I can admit if I am wrong...Maybe I am wrong, but that's what I thought heard
