We gain someone who could help us, if not this year maybe next season; instead of someone like BSP who, quite frankly, is nothing more than a place holder. I would rather keep Ross, Martin, Daniels, or TLT. They might turn into decent players for us, which is more than BSP will ever do.

The thing is, it really doesn't matter who the #3 is. Olson or St. Pierre, if we get down to either of them starting, the season is effectively done IMO.
''You'd love to go on the first day but I'm glad for the situation I'm in,'' he said. ''Baltimore knows how to play defense.''

Which is exactly why we shouldn't carry a 3rd QB at all.

Olson has looked alot better tonight than St. Pierre has at any time this PS, IMO.

But then what do you do if both McNair and Boller go down. Remember last year when we had to see Kordell Stewart get PT? With this offensive line you almost want to carry BOTH Olson and St. Pierre.

I wish you could say that and chuckle.

I say cut both of those QBs and pick a QB off the waiver wire.
    It's a new season! It's a new day!

St. Pierre won't get cut until we can find the guy on the waiver wire...

Trust me, we won't gamle on going with just two QBs AT ANY TIME. If we find a guy on the waiver wire, we'll wait until we get him here, then cut St. Pierre.
