Who knew Harbaugh's regimen was to have his most talented RB to come into camp fat and out of shape.

This guy is a cancer and we should cut him post 6/1 to move the cap hit off until 2010.

    Nice timing Willis.

Sounds like a former Ravens RB who people crucified for blaming his poor play on everyone but himself.

Just another example of a guy who doesn't get it and probably never will.

    Seriously.

It never ceases to amaze me how team sport pro athletes can pick the worst possible time to turn attention to themselves at the detriment of the team.

I can see a trade involving this cat at some point this offseason.

Guys, Willis' attitude sucks, but his big contract really limits cutting him. As long as he's wearing a Ravens' uniform, I'll cheer for him and hope he does well. I just think the cap hit we'd take cutting him now is too big, and are we really sure if McClain and/or Rice can handle being a feature back for a whole season?

    Agreed.

There are alot of issues to deal with regarding him.

However, stuff like this just adds to the idea that this guy will never get it and it seems pretty obvious that Harbaugh isn't gonna stand for it.

Again, this team is flying high right now and although I don't think his comments are gonna create a huge distraction, it's just piss poor timing. The guy just irks me in every way.

    Cut him, no.

Bench him, yes. We have proven we can beat teams without his services and I am not concerned in the least if we sit him for Miami.

    What a total douchebag.

Didn't he have one of his best games of the season against Miami though? I hope we give them a big dose of the 3-headed monster, and we win big of course!

Yes. But can you imagine what McClain would do against that small D line?

Play him or dont. I really dont care who we put back there. McClain has shown to be every bit the runner McGahee is and then some -- and from a big man, too!

I think McGahee still has tremendous value. I've always thought his strength was as a receiver out of the backfield...I'm glad to see that they are starting to use him in this way.
