    2009 Jetta diesel wins "green car" of the year

    Pretty cool stuff when a diesel engine beats a hybrid engine for green car of the year.

    That's because they made a great car that the market demanded.

    The TDI engine has been around longer then this man-made global warming nonsense. It was a great engine then and remains one of the best today.
