1st, from the 46, Rice slips in the backfield, a flag is down too. Illegal motion declined.
2nd and 13, screen to Rice, almost dropped, gets 12, maybe to the marker. Nice. Measurement coming. An inch shy.
3rd and inches, Flacco gets it, but the ball comes out, and the Eagles get it. Forward progress is being debated - and ruled he had it.
