Did anyone hear Phil Simms saying you get a little time to hike the ball after the clock hits zero? LOL, like right after that the clock winds down to zero again and you could here someone on the field yelling "time, time" as the ball was snapped. I can't say I remember that little play on the rule being invoked on behalf of the Raven offense in the past.

Yup, I heard it as well.
Pittsburgh clearly let the play clock expire and still got the play off without it being called.
I know what Simms was trying to say though. Many times it seems like the refs give the offensive team a half a second after the play clock hits zero to get the play off.

Is this similar to the rule where the Stealturds tackles are allowed to move a half second before every snap?
