Yeah, but when Pryce is getting held every play we're screaming that they never call it. If you're gonna have a rule enforce it, the reason it's happening so often is people are getting away with it and the risks are largely outweighed by the rewards. As in, it's not called most of the time.

That could have been a huge play if the ball got to Smith.

1st from the 39, 2min left, Troy in, throwback to Flacco, throwback to Smith, who drops it. THat was essentially a screen. Poor pass by Flacco and poor catch by Smith - he had the entire left side open.
