    Two Melts In One Week

Two games in a row now our supposedly Top-Ranked Defense has let the other team come back and beat our butts in the fourth quarter, and this time it was Kerry Collins who inflicted the damage. Yea, everyone can complain about the poor officiating, and the poor clock management (at the end of the first half), and Stover's missed field goal; but, hey, we were ahead in this game. Our Defense should've been up to the challenge, and stop this team - but they weren't. Hopefully, we can regroup against Indy.

You can't be serious. Shouldn't you be blowing Ben before his big game tonight. this D played lights out and stoped Tenn had a dumb as zebra not fucked it up. The Titans are payed to play as well. This d shut them down all day long. Again had a terrible call not been made we win 10-6. We held Tenn to 68 yards in the first half. Why don't you just come out and say you are a trolling squeeler fan!

Again I am starting to agree that RavenJoe is really StillerBen.

The good news is that our young line and Flacco are holding up well for the first games. No blow outs but we look fine. Relax we are only 2 down. Lets see if Jax helps us out tonight!

We lost our last 2 games by 3 points. That is not a meltdown.

Yea, it does hurt, especially because this is a potential playoff team, and they have 5 of the next 6 games on the road. Now we have to steal some road games against quality opponents. I think we have to win the division to get to the playoffs, and we all know what that entails.

2 losses by a total of 6 points is by no means a meltdown...

A meltdown is when a dominant D (like ours) allows another team to go 80 yds for a score, Regardless of the point differential. Collins should've been Blitzed Hard and Often, and he was not - that, to me, is a meltdown.

    I actually agree, I can't believe it.

Our 4th place schedule gave us a 2 game advantage over the Steelers (Oak. & Miami vs. San Diego & N.E.)

With our current records (4-1 vs. 2-2), and our schedule (no bye, 5 of 6 on road), whatever advantage we had has evaporated.

In order to reach the playoffs, we'll probably have to win the division. That means its a 12-week-long race with the Steelers. With their tough schedule and injuries, you assume they'll lose a couple close games.

We need to beat the teams we're supposed to beat, and steal a few road games against good teams to be in the hunt. Oh, and beat the dogshit outta the Steelers December 14. We need to grow up now, win some close games (like this week with Indy), and not drop our annual "trap game" to someone like Oak. or Hous.

Thank you warrior. Its not over. This Race is wide open. We just have to bring it together. and lets be honest, Wild Card is not out of the picture. The Ravens have proved the can play with the "Best" in the AFC. They just need to put one away.

Re: Two Melts In One Week

the ravens got jobbed on the suggs personal foul, but that did not determine the outcome of the game....our defense failing to get the titans offense off the field when the game was on the line lost us the game....it pisses me off reading today's article with guys like chris mcalister who was reported saying "the refs took it from us" in the locker room......what a joke....if you don't allow third down conversions to mediocre te's in the last few minutes, you would've won the game, but you couldn't...

That bad call shifted momentum and we all know how that can affect the outcome of any game.
