I won the Ravens lottery in 2000. Face Value then of tix=$325. I believe last years tix were $600, for the cheap seats.
If you waited until after the AFC Champ game to book a flight, prices were about $1000. So we drove down from Baltimore, stayed in Clearwater (at a Ramada, prices were pretty good) and drove into Tampa for the game and Gasparilla Festival.

I have family and friends in the Miami area so a place to stay is not an issue. Getting there and getting to the stadium are the issue as well as getting tickets. 1 of 4 aint bad. ;)

No bargaining on with the broker I used. $1650 ea, and that was the very last row in the upper deck.

We also purchased our plane tickets at half time of the AFC Championship game, and only paid less than $200ea [roundtrip] into Jacksonville.

Can't remember the exact cost of the flight, but it certainly wasnt $1000.

We stupidly waited until the next day or maybe even Tuesday to look for flights. :(
