Ocho makes it official...
It's official. The Bengals player who wears No. 85 will have Ocho Cinco on the back of his jersey. According to the AP:
"The Bengals said Thursday that they will refer to the receiver formerly known as Chad Johnson by his new legal name, Chad Ocho Cinco, in all club business. That includes the back of his jersey for Sunday's season opener at Baltimore."
What a joke....

Gotta laugh more than usual at Cunningham on the PA this Sunday:

fun watching him in the airport presenting his i.d. ("What?..supervisor, take a look at this..!"
'man-child'"Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)

Re: Ocho makes it official...
The guy is starting to venture into Dennis Rodman-like territory. I used to actually think he was funny, but this is just stupid. It's not even remotely amusing to me. He's become a tired parody of himself, and it started with his much-hyped Hall of Fame jacket celebration against the Ravens on opening night that fell flat.

I think it's pretty damn funny myself.
Dude is definitely off the wall, but amusing.
I gotta think the NFL is not liking this one bit at all, but legally can't do much about it.
Anybody hear is conference call with the Baltimore media the other day?
Some of that is some amusing must hear stuff right there.
Sometimes I get the feeling Chad Johnson ( a.k.a. Ocho Cinco) is Bengalsrule. Will Die A Ravens Fan!!

I still think he's hilarious. He called Bart Scott "rude" today and said he was going to punch him in the mouth.

I think the guy is funny. This is funny.
How long till players start getting paid to change their names to "T.J. Coca-Cola", "Ray UnderArmour", and "Joe Aflaco"?

Re: Ocho makes it official...
I can imagine the conversation last year with the league and Chad's agent. Chad's agent, "he wants to wear ocho sinco on his name plate." The league, "the only way Mr. Johnson can wear Ocho Sinco on his name plate is if he were to legally change his name",..............
FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!!
