I vote that we put into place, the five year Billick transitional system (5yBTS). Upon being implemented, any and all losses under the new coaching staff shall continue to remain Brian Billick's fault. After five years, the 5yBTS shall be retired. We will then transfer to the 5 year Rex Ryan Impromptu Time-Out System (5yRRITS).
