All the speculation that the Ravens might begin the season against the G-men can now be put to rest. Looks like the Landover Deadskins will visit the New Jersey Giants for the Thursday night opener.

There was talk about us playing the Giants??

There was just some talk about it since we play the Giants on the road this season. I don't think there was ever much of a chance of it happening with the season we had last year.

Now that the Primetime Games for Week 1 are announced we have a better idea of where we will open up.

It will have to be a road game as the Orioles are home that day vs. Oakland.

Our Road Opponets

Pittsburgh -If I had to guess now, Fox will go with Dallas @ Pitt for that Week 1 Late game that most of the country will see

Cleveland -Indians on the road, good possibility (even though I think both teams have hosted games at the same time in the past)

Cincinnati - Reds at home, so they are out (it could have been MNF though)

Indianapolis- At home vs. Bears SNF (glad we didn't have to be there for that stadium opening dog and pony show)

Houston - Astros away (although I think both could host on same day)
Miami - Marlins away, good possibiliy)
N.Y. Giants - Thurs night opener vs. Deadskins
Dallas - see Pitt

So it definitely can't be NYG, IND, CIN
Probably won't be PIT or DAL bc of Fox
So that leaves Miami, Cleveland, or Houston

My early guess is
Week1 @ Houston
Week 2 vs. Philly (MNF) if not we would be on road 2 weeks in a row
Week 3 vs. Oakland (wild guess)
Week 4 at Division Opponet or BYE
