Grudge match
Elliot is playing in the Huddersfield :T2: rugby festival this coming weekend. Pool game includes Hull Ionians - my former team :girlfight .
I played for Ionians from U9's to first team level in a 10 year span. They merged to form Hull Ionians after I had left for Uni.

Rugby I gave up on,cause every time I got the ball I'd zig zag & run for a try and never give it to anyone else.So they stopped giving me the ball.
Put the smile back on your face.This is a 60 minute ball game.

Sounds like a good day of wholesome fun, I assume you'll be cheering your son not your old team, Dave ;)
Just make sure he doesn't get put off if the oppo start singing at him in the scrum, haha. One team I played against at school had a couple of black twins in the scrum and their whole pack started singing in the scrums, put us right off in the first couple of scrums, pushed us right back the first few times. :D

Elliot's team lost to Ionians in the first match. Huddersfield's other (better) team beat them in the semi-final.
Met up with a couple of ex-players I knew and and ex-girfriend!!!
