O/T Terps game
Terps are up 9 at the half.
Coach K with a technical in the first half. The whole Duke staff was freaking out at the end of the half.
If the Terps could cut down on these damn stupid turnovers they'd be up by 15.
Back to back wins vs UNC and Duke would certainly ease the pain of losing at home to Ohio U and American.

I think Ray is sitting behind the Duke bench .... think I saw him on that last Duke steal and dunk.

Well, that was an awful 2nd half.
The first minute killed them.
And the turnovers are beyond frustrating.

Re: O/T Terps game
It's all because I wasn't watching! First time I saw us this year was the UNC game last SAturday and lo and behold we won.
I blame NASN and their poor scheduling for this defeat, who wants to watch the NHL All-Star game?

Re: O/T Terps game
agreed...take away half the turnovers and the likely win.
Their guard play is pretty poor. I am not impressed w/ Vasquez or Hayes.
They are NIT bound like I said before the year even started.

Re: O/T Terps game
NIT might be a stretch if they keep giving up leads.
FM, have to disagree with you on Vasquez. Yeah, he had a bad second half but his play has been solid thus far.

Re: O/T Terps game
Vazquez turns the ball over WAY too much and is not a good outside shooter. He can get open inside and runs the half court so so. In my book he is just too streaky and doesn't do enough things well.
He is not bad...but has long way to go. Let's see how he looks at the end of Feb.

Re: O/T Terps game
The Terps will make the NCAA tourney.
they have 11 games left. Most against mediocre at best.
Now that the Terps have shown the effort needed to beat the best, they will beat the chump teams.
they will have 20 wins through the end of the ACC Tournament.
At least 1 win against the #1 team in the nation.
That should be enough to get into the Big Dance.
