I just hope someone tells John not to watch WBAL for fan reactions of the hiring...the TRUE fans love it...the fairweather fans are still sitting around saying "Go Get Cowher! "

Re: Ravens news conference at noon today. (Sat)
did anyone detect a note of frustration when Ozzie talked about Marty, especially about how he was a candidate only when his son wasn't a candidate? Ozzie made it seem like when Marty said that, Ozzie must;ve decided it wasn't worth it

As good an answer as you can get really...This tells me he's not committed to necessarily blowing up the QBs or sticking with a certain QB right away. OPEN COMPETITION!

Ozzie says "We have a new set of eyes with John and the people he brings in to help decide who is on the roster. But there is no rush to do so,or get the staff together."

His attitude is awesome! I missed the context, but he started joking about something from his college career with a couple people in the audience...

And Bisciotti claims John will have full autonomy on hiring his coaching staff.
So far Coach Harbaugh is saying what I want to hear. He's got my attention!

Great question about discipline by Schmuck followed up by a not so great answer by SB ...
SB doesnt think that discipline is an issue, maybe a lack of focus and some change, but not a lack of discipline.
SB also brought up Ray and couched it with the answer.
