Count me in the group that doesn't want Harbaugh to listen to the fans at all.

Same here. The only thing he needs to hear from us is cheering.

but it is nice for the fans to speculate on what he can/will bring to the Ravens.

A quality offensive line, shutdown corners, pass rushing defensive linemen, and a game breaking wide receiver, to start.

If we get all of what OriAl listed....we might not have to!
We could win with you as QB!!

What's easier, to have one player that plays all the time, never gets hurt and makes yoru team an instant contender every time he steps on the field, or to put together a list of 15-18 players that in concert achieve greatness. Overwhelmingly int he NFL, I'd say that prime starting QB = high, multi-season win totals. Look at the teams that have won the most games over the last 5-10 years. Indy,, NE. Great QB Play, coincidence, not likely. 2000 happens once a decade, the Colts and Pats and the like win the rest.

It's easy to find a peyton or a Brady the likes of whom come along how often?

How about a Big Ben, Phillip Rivers, heck even an Eli Manning... all are far superior to anyone we've trotted out in a while. Romo or Farve, even better. Up to a Peyton or Brady and we're in business. COntinuing to trot out the bums we do, while trying to get back from #5 to the #1 defense may make sense to you, but moving up from the bottom 25% of offenses sounds better to me. By a wide margin the weakest play has been seen from the QB position. We have invested heavily in the OL, and we have sufficient skill players.
