Firefox rendering issue
It's pretty self explanatory in these pictures, but there are some viewing problems on this board with Firefox. As you can see, everything from the top of the first post/forum, and up, is cut out. It works fine with Internet Explorer, I just thought you guys should know. :)

Also, how bad would it be to increase the max size for an image upload?

Re: Firefox rendering issue
Thanks for the heads-up.
As for image size, are you talking physical or byte size? Avatar, profile pic or sig?
Generally, there are restrictions on sizes. When you reach a certain level of posting/tenure then you will be able to have a larger avatar/profile pic.

Re: Firefox rendering issue
Hmmm, I'm not getting that problem. I noticed something else minor which I have fixed. However the pages I am viewing may be cached on the server. I will keep looking.
I am using Firefox 1.5.0.6
Thanks again.Admin Steve :uk:

Re: Firefox rendering issue
As far the image uploading goes, I was referring to the attachment files, and increasing the byte size there. I also wouldn't mind a larger avatar byte size, now that you mention it.
Now about the board not working for me, I think I figured out why... I'm using Firefox 2.0b1. It was just something I was trying out, but for this reason alone I think I'll go back to Firefox 1.5.0.6. If you want to try it out, here is the download link:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.o....installer.exe
Sorry for the trouble. :bag:
EDIT: Maybe it doesn't have to do with the version of Firefox I'm using. It works with 2.0b1 now. I'm not sure if you did anything, but as of now, it's working.

Re: Firefox rendering issue
There is no limit on attachments.
Avatars can be 80x80 max 20000 bytes
Profile pics can be 100x100 23000 bytes
That changes as your post count and tenure increases,Admin Steve :uk:

Re: Firefox rendering issue
Well, looking at these post counts, I won't be leading on this board...
I use the same Firefox as you do Admin, and have had no issues thus far.
Except for some admin dude who hasn't added
as a smilie/emoticon yet, I've had no issues with the new board.:D :insane:we aren't just loyal, we are obsessed. and we are violently so. we are baltimore, and we are the epitome of dysfunctionality.

Re: Firefox rendering issue
When I try to upload images or files to post, this is the pop-up I get. The reason I was originally asking was because I wanted to upload those Firefox screen shots. I had trouble just making this one fit.
At what point will my max avatar and personal picture size go up? Every 100 posts? 500? Thanks for your help!
