Re: Game Thread / Both Sat Games
I didn't even see the entire game, but the Steelers secondary had several plays, including the Garrad fourth down run, in which they simply missed tackles like a high school team. One of the Seattle first half TDs was like that too -- some guy stood there waiting for the runner to come to him and completely whiffed.
They deserved to lose.
Exciting game.

YES . . . . . I can relax now . . . . I don't give a shit who wins what now, as long as Pittspuke is out of it.

I know they are at least going to lose Alan Faneca. He's going to be an UFA and already said he's not giving Pitt a hometown discount. You know cheapskate Rooney won't put up the dollars to keep him.
Great games today all around. Deadskins and Stoolers one and done!

I notice a lot of people were criticizing Del Rio for the challenge. I think it was a good challenge. There was 2:30 (about) left in the game. He didn't need the time out - they were on the 50. At best, he gets it, and is in FG position instantly. At worst, he loses a TO that he wouldn't want to use anyway, because you want to run down the clock. I thought it was a great decision.
