Who throws a flag on the coach? Seriously.
2nd and 22, from the 33, give to Anderson who fumbles, but the Ravens, the Titans have it but they called him down. Then Ogden gets flagged for a personal foul.

That was a clear fumble. How do you fuck that call up?

I think down by contact calls are reviewable this year

Good explanation by Triplett. The new rule says if you reverse a down by contact to fumble, it is only reversed if it is CLEAR that the other team recovers.
