Hindsight, but the final dagger for the 2007 Ravens...
Was when Demetrius Williams went down at the same time we finally started a QB who could get the ball down field to him.
I know he hadn't done much, but I honestly believe it's because mcnair was THAT bad at getting the ball downfield. I think he'd have helped Boller, and Smith, tremendously.
For example, he catches that pass against Miami that Darling drops. He's a true deep threat, and as long as McNair doesn't start at QB next year (which my money would be on that he's not even on our roster) he will be a tremendous asset for Troy or Kyle.

Yeap it sure would have helped having him around.
My mouth was drooling at the thought of Heap,Mason,Clayton, and D'Will and McGahee all being targets in the passing game.
Oh well we can all dream that next season they can all stay on the field long enough. And with the young O'line with more experience.Who knows?
There I go again getting my offseason hopes up .And way early to.hehePut the smile back on your face. This is a 60 minute ball game.

Williams was dropping 50% of what was thrown to him, so how big a loss it was is debatable.
