I think he was implicitly claiming that since the person wasn't kicked out, the novelist was white, and further, he is implying that African Americans cannot write.

I used to think that.

A few of you already know this, but...my family was thrown into the pediatric cancer world a few years ago...and if anyone makes an insulting comment as relates to cancer kids, I think I would want to kick their ass.

So I'm not sure if you're familiar with thon. It's an event at Penn State that races money to help families of children with cancer with treatment, travel, etc. Anyhow, we were canning to raise money one year, and someone told one of my fraternity brothers no because they believe in preventing cancer. Completely floored. Sorry you got thrown into that world man.

A venti dark roast coffee at Starbucks cost $2.00 - 2.50. I happen to prefer their coffee over every other brand. I’ve been drinking it for years. Peete’s Coffee is pretty good too. I can’t boycott Starbucks. I love it.
