I'm just worried PSU will get him hurt...they are overusing him on Special teams, and keeping him in play during blowouts.

He's carried that team on his back, despite what PSU lovers will claim about their very very mediocre QBs
Hey, they let him rest that last drive against Michigan.

Very true. Miles Sanders isn't bad, but he's not getting the receivers looks because 9 defenders are trying to stop him. That offense runs on the attention they pay to Barkley.

He is a talent. But will have a short shelf life in the nfl. His versatility will get hm injured...psu had a similar type of back who got drafted by the sea hawk's several years ago and he was out of NFL within a few years..

If by "short shelf life" you mean 4 - 5 years, I'll take him! beaver, our RBs are a mish-mash of average guys who don't usually last that long anyway... Bc

Penn state is no joke. I thought OSU was dead in the water.

OSU should not attempt a pass. Run the ball every play

Barkley has talent. There's no mistake about it. If you have an opportunity to get a guy like that, you take it. I know that Alex Collins performed well Sunday and I know that I want to see a more explosive passing offense, but I don't want a WR in the first whose really a second round talent, just for the heck of it. If Barkley is, without question, the Best Player Available at or within a few slots of our spot, you take him.

Incredible second half by OSU, especially 4th quarter. Great game

    Re: Saquon Barkley

I'm a PSU grad. I like Barkley; have seen almost every game. I'd hesitate to take him in top 5. He's good, no doubt, but we have multiple holes. In the unlikely event we pick really high (3-7) I'd consider trading down to fill two holes rather than one. I think we are better at RB than at TE, WR, or OL. Let's not assume we can sign Jensen, or that our injured Gs will recover well enough to give us high quality play. As for Perriman, Wallace, Campy, Curly, Larry, and Moe -- we need at least one young WR to develop.
Not much really matters, and the rest doesn't matter at all.
