    My son follows the 49ers. In fact I'm taking him to their game against the Team That Shall Not Be Named in Landover tomorrow. He says Bowman has been awful when he has played this year.

    It probably helps Lynch being a former player and perhaps understanding that side of it, hence why they didn't shop him to a team he didn't want to go to.

    I heard on Sirius that Bowman wants to stay on the West Coast. Oakland being the closest to San Francisco makes sense as his first stop

    Just heard on Fox NFL Sunday that they also tried to trade him to the Ravens, but the trade fell through for undisclosed reasons.

    Not a great sign of what they think of Correa.
