I just don't see the point. If you are firing Marty four games in why aren't you firing Harbaugh for deciding to bring him back, when he was this bad last year?

I don't think it benefits anyone.

It doesn't matter who is calling the plays.

Flacco isn't making the throws beyond checkdowns to the RB.

The WR's aren't making the catches they need to for Flacco to have any faith in them.

The line can't block long enough for Flacco to challenge defenders deep.

The RB's can't hold onto the ball.

May as well leave MM in there so that Harbaugh can scapegoat another OC.

If we're trying to fix the team the only thing we can do is watch this ship sink and hope we clean house this offseason and truly begin a rebuild. Doing what we've been doing is just going to keep us in perpetual mediocrity similar to teams like the Vikings, Bills, or Dolphins.

I think it's significantly more likely Harbaugh gets fired midseason if things go downhill than either coordinator.

It is time for no more John Harbaugh. In my opinion, the only guys I'd keep on this coaching staff are Rosburg and D'Alessandris (O-line coach, has helped cut down on the penalties somewhat, fingers crossed).

The Check downs are also a product of the WCO - especially MM’s version. So, it’s hard to say how much of it is Flacco and how much of it is the gameplan.

I think there's benefits, but I don't think John can do it.

Think of it this way... if he fires the OC he promoted mid-season last year and fought to keep this offseason after one month, and its the second time in as many years that he has done this and the third time in his tenure, how does John keep his own job? All but seals his fate in my opinion (though that admittedly may already be sealed).

I don't think John can make a mid-season coaching change at this point. I think he's going down with the ship.

He fired the OC of a winning team, zero chance he doesn't go down fighting
