    Boller's Performance

I give Boller a B. Would've been an A if it wasn't for that pick. Where was he throwing it to? Did the wind get it? All game he hung in the pocket took big hits, made accurate throws and you can tell he is the leader of the offense now.

    I'd say a B+. 65% completion, 2 TD's, 105 QB rating.

The INT was a poorly thrown ball, but it was the only poor throw he really had. And the entire offense, THE ENTIRE OFFENSE, did enough to win this game.

This game was lost on the defense, Rex Ryan's horrible time out, and defensive penalties that let the Patriots march downfield.

    ???????

I know this one hurts, but the Refs didnt blow any calls.

Even if they had blown a call or two, we killed ourselves!

We did kill ourselves however. But the referees were slanted in NE's favor without a doubt.

Yes there was an attitude about the refs that lended towards the Pats. I counted four holds not called on NE.

That was a bobble in the endzone Refs blew that one and Rex blew the timeout call

    Re: Boller's Performance

Once the refs didn't call Brady for delay of game when he spiked the ball (after the second consecutive sack), I knew they were gonna be favorable.

Still, we played our best game this year, IMO we have every reason to be optimistic for the rest of the season.

NE is SOFT! And their D is overrated!!
    Waiting for the next one!!!

I agree with Kyle Boller getting a B. He's still making the stupid mistakes at the worst possible time. That was the ugliest throw I have ever seen. There wasn't a Raven within 10 yards of that ball. Kyle did have a good game though. He just needs to get away from those costly mistakes.

I love this kid and I've always liked him...Give him enough time in the pocket and he'll get the ball there...The pick he threw hit the wind and just died...If he would've stood up and not had been falling backward, it would have been there...Kyle threw a GREAT block for McGahee...He is a player...PERIOD! He's got guts and he's tuff!

Here's the thing. And Steve Young said it on the post game that made me go back on the DVR and look myself. That WASN'T where Boller was trying to put the ball. He was on the ground after the throw elbowing off whoever was on top of him.

That wasn't a bad decision, just blown pass protection. And that play did not cost us the game. The offense still put up 24 points. They put this team in position to win the game.

100 yards in penalties. 100 yards.
