Game Thread Browns @ Ravens 9/17 Home Opener

Good Morning people. I will just say, it's the browns, it won't be a pushover games as the browns will bring it for a qtr or two. Ravens playing at home for the 1st game of the season should have the crowd and the D pumped . We may see more passing hopefully, but if the run game is working, I'm not complaining Gameday Grub. Just doing some brats, green chile mac and cheese, and basic ribs. I'm going to try to throw some greens in there . For beer I have Bosque Brewing's Lager(Local New Mexico brewery in ABQ) There will be dabs taken with 4:20 remaining in every qtr ...I'm ready for this. Are you? Lets smash the Browns Today!!! LET'S GO RAVENS!!!!!

Browns held the Steelers rushing attack in check pretty well last week.

Ravens are going to have to get some positive plays through the air.

Sounds about the usual level of knowledge for a pregame show

Yup. Been saying it all week. Go after their corners on the outside. They can be beat. Try to run on them like we did with the Bengals and you are playing to the strength of that defense.

I agree that the Ravens must get their passing game going. However, how much of the poor yield from the Steelers run game last week was a result of Bell missing the entire preseason?

That's definitely a factor in this, but the Browns really invested in that front-7.

Garrett is out this week, so that's good for us.

Danny Shelton, Jamie Collins, Joe Schobert, Christian Kirksey, Jamie Meder, Carl Nassib...

Cleveland has some nice players up front.

When I saw the game I don't think it was that much. The Browns front 7 are fast and focused on stopping the run. Their pass rush is weak but thei ability to take away the edge and plug the middle is very good. Pay attention to how they use their safeties. At least against the Steelers is was all focused on Bell
