Favorite Ravens victories and worst losses

What were they in all your years as Raven fans?

    any playoff win
just about all the wins over Pigsburgh, esp the season opener in 2009 or 2010. we got on the cover of Sports Illustrated for that one.
the three times we've beaten the Cheatriots
back I believe in 2009 we played Miami in the first round. they had the *Wildcat* but we stuffed them. they showed Bill Parcells in the press box (he was president of the team or something) and you could tell he was thinking 'the Ravens are what I wanted the Dolphins to be'. (we also beat them in the regular season, totally de-clawing their kitty).
beating Denver way back in 2002 or 2003. they were hugely favored but we stopped them. I think that was the one where McAllister ran the missed field goal back.

    worst losses:
any to Pigsburgh, esp the AFCCGs, I think in 2008 and 2010.
    any other playoff loss.
the Motown Meltdown where we just collapsed with penalties, I believe in 2007. maybe the game that got Billick fired.
also the loss to Cam Cameron's Dolphins, I think also that year. the year they went 1-15.
"Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)

Most heartbreaking that AFC final in 2011, In 2011 we shoulda.. but my expectation was moderate.

Worst I take the PO loss to Colts in 2006.. that game at home and expecting a win, our D did the job, keeping Peyton from the endzone. A fairly solid Ravens offense lost to a Colts defense that was not very good.. but stepped up in that preseason.. like our team did in 2012 PO.

Best I also like that Denver game..

And that cowboys game.. in 2008 when McClain and McGahee had the two longest run in their last game at their old stadium..

Playing Pittsburgh is always heartbreaking no matter what.

Worst - Gotta be the 2011 AFCCG. Second place would be losing the 2010 Divisional game in Pittsburgh. Had we won, the 5 seed Ravens would have hosted the 6 seed Jets in the AFCCG. For three weeks I drove I-95 past the stadium each day thinking about that missed opportunity and was pissed.

Best - Gotta be the Denver 2012 playoff game although it put 2 years on me.

    Best Victories:
    1. Super Bowl 47
    2. Super Bowl 35
    3. Ravens/Broncos Divisional 2012 - Mile High Miracle
    4. Ravens/Titans Divisional 2000 - Ray Lewis Int seals it
    5. Ravens/Patriots Championship 2012 - Ravens avenge the Cundiff miss.

    Worst Losses:
    1. Ravens/Patriots Championship 2011 - Lee Evans drop and Cundiff miss.
    2. Ravens/Steelers Championship 2008 - Troy Polamalu Pick 6 in final minutes.
    3. Ravens/Colts Divisional 2006 - 13-3 season and they hold Manning to no TDs and still can't win.
    4. Ravens/Patriots Divisional 2014 - Two blown 14 point leads.
    5. Ravens/Steelers Divisional 2010 - Blown lead and Roeslisberger hail mary pass.

January 14, 2001 - AFC Championship Game vs. Oakland Raiders, only because some drunk dude next to me wouldn't stop mocking the Ravens offense while loudly and obnoxiously rooting for the Raiders (who I hate almost as much as the Steelers). Then Shannon Sharpe took that pass 96 yards in the 2nd quarter for the only score the Ravens would need and shut that ass up.

Jon Gruden was the Raiders coach then.

I have to go with the Denver win in the 2012 playoffs. I was sitting with my buddies (2 cowboys fans, 1 redskins fan and a pats fan) and they were giving it to me good. Rather than get mad I kept cheering and that Jacoby touchdown was probably one of the best momenets of my fandom life. And then we closed it out. It was glorious and I let them hear it that night. Got free drinks at the bar from them out of respect lmao.

Worst loss - probably the Billy Cundiff kick. That hurt a lot.

I know they're both recent, but the recency bias kicked it

What was his reaction when that happened lol
