Reason for Concern?
Raven's fans, are we concerned that: 1) our D seems to be Unable to get off the field on critical 3rd downs, against the likes of Denver (second half of that game) / Carolina; 2) that both our Secondary and lack of pass rush the last couple of games, have become suspect going into the post-bye week of our schedule - Palmer is likely to have a field day against us!; 3) the Ravens have now let the Steelers back into the fray; and, 4) our O is dreadfully in search of an identity (nothing new; but time is running out).
I personally feel that the Ravens have some serious concerns/issues to address during this bye week, before they can seriously consider themselves LEGITIMATE contenders.

Re: Reason for Concern?
The defense has been solid - they had one let down game against Carolina. As for the offense, it's faced some of the toughest defenses (yards per game) in the NFL.
1.) San Diego Chargers 241.2
4.) Denver Broncos 272.0
5.) Oakland Raiders 273.0
I think this team is better than people give them credit for.
