Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
1st from the 32, false start on Brown.
1st and 15, Jamal to a hole, gain of 2ish. Can we see Musa or MA, please? :(
2nd and 14, play action, complete to Clayton for about 17. Nice play! Clayton had to go high up, because there were tons of defenders around.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
McNair is looking much more accurate than the last 2 games -- passes to Clayton and Mason were right on the money

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
Third and short -- our eternal nemesis -- can we put Anderson in instead?

1st from the Ravens 45, Jamal for 2. I sense a pattern.
2nd and 8, Jamal with a nice burst, gets about 6. Great hole, hit it well.
3rd and 2, PA, WIDE OPEN is Heap down to the 17!!!!!!!

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
Oh my god, and now Heap is wide open????
Could we have been wrong about Brian Billick all this time, and his coordinators just sucked ass??

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
People are gonna have to start really sucking it up around here soon. The playcalling has been perfect.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
They faked that Clayton reverse too. Very tricky Brian, very tricky.
End of the first.
I like this so far, outside of the C-Mac bite!

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
The offense looks better in a lot of ways today. McNair looks good, the pass protection is much better, there appears to be some imagination in the playcalling... the Saints defense is on their heels right now.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
Brian knows his team -- the offense is going to take a significant step up -- I'm liking what I see
On the third and short, he pulled Jamal out and had Anderson instead; nice play calling to Heap.
After the first quarter, McNair looks comfortable and Jamal is running well -- great start!!

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
Wilcox is such a powerful runner when he has the ball, we have a great TE one two punch.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Saints
1st from the 17, I form, Jamal looked like he was stopped in the backfield, but he jukes the tackle, reverses field and gets 3 going right. Not bad.
2nd and 7, shotgun, complete to Wilcox who shakes a tackle, and bulls forward. Got about 7 yards. 1st!
