Ain't gonna change any time soon. They are still paying for that 2012 SB run and will continue to for a few more years.

Feel weird being the one making this argument because I LOVE the idea of going all in on one side of the ball (don't really care which side it is)

Balance sounds nice, but it's not really how you build championship teams with limited resources.

Why is it OK to draft Wormley in 3rd after drafting kaufusi in 3rd last year, with 2 spots on OL vacant?

That is staggeringly inefficient and redundant.

Ain't gonna change for any team that pays a QB the going rate.

I see 8/13 teams that pay their QB $20M or more spending more than the Ravens on offense.

That'd be a majority of the teams.

Tried to edit my post. Deleted it by accident.
In reply, I was saying those players were all drafted years ago. Recent investment in this football team has been heavily favoured to defense and all we have to show for it is blown 4th quarter leads.

We lost 2 starting DLs as well, and Kaufusi is a different type of player.

The OLs available at that spot weren't great either. Next one taken was Antonio Garcia. The one after that? Nico Siragusa.

    Also some 13-7 wins.

Defense was good last year (not great). It was also old, shallow, and slow. Should be younger, deeper, and more explosive at every level this season. Should lend itself better to holding up late.

Assuming none turn out like elam, brown and Brooks?

    Hence, "should."

There are plenty of busts on both sides of the ball.
