Most all the time Boller throws exactly to the reciever he's watching as the play develops. You' are correct, I or no one else can make any definitive claims on what would have happened had Boller not been hit.
He should have saw the blitz, it was right in front of him. It was his fault he got hit as the ball was thrown. I understand he has no feel for what's going on around him but he should be able to recognize and react to a blitz coming basically up the middle.
Judging from 5 years of watching Boller, I am of the opinion that he would have tried to force the ball into coverage and he telegraphs his throws staring at his primary read which he had done on that play.
Nearly everything sentence you posted is so incorrect it's hard to know where to start. If you're not Tex ghosting as another poster you're someone who knows as little about football as he does.
