2021 work stoppage?

Let's just win every Super Bowl until 2021 and worry about the end of the CBA when it officially expires.

With all the changes in football over the years, Goodell doing his thing, and players getting worse(but making more money), there's a chance some will get tired of the nfl and it's act. If the players shut down the NFL, will anybody real care about it in 2021.

"2021 work stoppage?" Who cares? Astronomers say there is a meteor, the size of Jupiter, heading towards Earth at 60 MPH. It is 1,000,000 light years away, but we should start preparing early. That weighs more heavily on my mind than some NFL work stoppage... Bc

States legalizing marijuana use is irrelevant to this issue. Employers still have a right to ban it's use from their employees.

If the players hold out on this issue, it's going to cost them money and leverage.

The problem in the NFLPA is the overwhelming number of its membership resides in the low to mid level players. They understand their time is limited in the league so it always boils down to getting the most up front money as possible. No other issue matters more than that. Not weed. Not Goodells power. Not the 18 game schedule.

There will be a lot of bluster. There always is. But when all that posturing goes away, it will come down to the most upfront money as possible.
