  1. Russel Silver Report Football League. (RSRFL)

Since I am not overfond of the ESPN message board to talk smack and this league is comprised of entirely RSR posters, this will be the spot.

There was some talk of rules on the plea for players on the main board. Either a MOD (Wicked) or another will move it here and we can talk, but I am inclined to use a few. Got a little time before the draft. I'll get it over here in one way or a re-post.

So it's on ESPN? Sounds good Cap!

Are we determining draft order ahead of the draft? Or will it beo n draft night?

Love it - can't wait to demolish y'all

    RULES DISCUSSION

In that thread, you'll see we chatted about altering the rules. I adopted a few, added a few of my own.

    More of a PPR scoring.

I tweaked passing, Bonus points for +400 yds, completions, and greater penalties for incompletions, interceptions, and sacks.

Similar for WR & RB. Going over 100 yards, isn't that big a deal, it is kind of expected, going over 200, bonus +2. More emphasis on attempts and receptions to garner points.

Kicking/PAT were adjusted. I looked around and I think what I came up with is comparable and fair.

D & ST - Same .1 scale for returns. I upped sacks to 2 points and Interceptions to 3. Defense seems lean in fantasy and unless you go D players, (WHICH WE ARE NOT) I wanted D to have a little more teeth.

I also cut the roster bench to 5 with an IR spot. Previously in my other league, we carried too many players with no IR. This will make roster movement a little more active. Also, 2 QB's instead of 1.

Check out the changes here and bring any issues here and we'll chat about them.
