There is a huge post on the second page of this very thread where the numbers are broken down in easy to understand bits. Black people ARE LESS LIKELY TO BE KILLED BY POLICE THAN WHITE PEOPLE. This is based on number of arrests made per race which is our only way of getting verifiable numbers about police interacting with the general population

You want to know why police kill a high percentage of black males? It's because black males make up 7%* of the population and commit 50% of the murders. When confronted with a violent criminal, police are more likely to use violence. Since a tiny portion of the population is committing a disproportionate number of violent crimes, there are going to be a disproportionate number of them killed by police. That's simple fucking statistics.

Everybody agrees that blacks are not inherently more likely to commit crimes than whites. It's a socioeconomic issue. Try tackling the real problem instead of playing the blame game.

*That's being generous since blacks make up 13% of the overall population and black females make up 52% of the black population compared to 48% of black males.
End of the world alert! Progress being made. Yes blacks in these communities are commuting tons of crime. Why? The socioeconomic engineering of pouring billions of dollars into black communities by the CIA to fund global wars! Compound that with the government policies pushing men out of the home and overall moral decay and this is what you get.

Here's some info on guns obtained in a one year period in Baltimore. Not seeing the legal system very successful here. The police catch them, the law let's them either go or soft sentence.

Give it another month or so and there won't be any police at all thanks to BLM and their followers. Consider this a grace period.

Not seeing that. Some of those police love their jobs, just not the legal system ability to keep the bad guys from going to jail. I'm amazed that BLM hasn't protested more lately. Though several went to Rio to protest down there. http://www.aol.com/article/2016/07/2...pics/21437755/

Good chance they are reprioritizing what they protest. The black on black crime issue is not going away. The man shot on the ground should have been a big protest.

No chance of them protesting that since everybody agrees the officer who shot him should be facing charges.

Tough situation ends badly. Police have only seconds to make a decision at times.

This is the type of shit MP's deal with every damn weekend at the NCO club or in the barracks and cops deal with almost every day.

Amazing restraint showed by this cop. I do miss the good ole days where he could have given him a wood shampoo. As Chris Rock said, "Aint nobody above an ass whoopin'"

Releasing that video is a good thing and the police should do it more often. But as usual, the criminals have more rights , so it's illegal to put the criminals face out I the public. He's innocent until proven guilty.

Where the video of a police is put out and the officer is guilty right away in the eyes of the public. Years ago, DNA testing was a hot topic. Police wanted to do DNA tests on guys in lock up , but the ACLU said it was a violation of their rights. Meaning DNA results could have cause the criminal to be accused of other crimes . Can't have that.

Now we have the FCC complaining the police are breaking laws with tracking people on their cell phones. http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/mar...816-story.html
