    Re: Who's worse...McNair or Grbac?

It's not close -- Grbac may have been a jerk but at least he could play. I'm amazed that McNair could miss two or three games and still lead the league in fumbles. He's simply done.

    Great question, good debate.

IMO, Grbac wasn't bad at all. In fact, didn't he throw for over 3500 yards? If Jamal was playing that year, maybe we don't repeat, but we probably beat the Steelers at home that day, and we probably have 2 - 3 more wins too.

For some reason, people hated Elvis, but when you really think about it, he wasn't the real problem that year. It was the running game, Kip Vickers can't block, and Shannon Sharpe cut the locker room in half.

265 for 467 with 3033 yards in 2001 .... threw for 4164 in the year before.

If Grbac would have had Jamal, instead of losing him to injury during camp, or McGahee as his RB vs Terry Allen or James Brookins he had, + had the WR's we have now vs. what he had, the Ravens would not have gone out in the divisional playoff game against Pissburgh & probably wouldn't lost vs. the Colts last year. Very simple, with the weapons McNair has vs. what he was stuck with, Grbac would have been the better QB.
