Rushing TD in the redzone!
Maybe those pages of Billick's playbook were stuck together?

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
So we can score running touchdowns from the 1.
Too bad we are throwing out of the shoutgun from the 2 and beyond....
Guess that extra yard is an insurmountable running obstacle .... :grbac:Last edited by Dont Know; 11-11-2007 at 08:02 PM.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
Actually, Boller has pitched a stinker that was much worse than this appears to be - Denver in 2005. Kicked the ball out of his own hands while running unscathed by an opposing defender.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
I think we could do better with this guy at coach or QB.
Put the smile back on your face. This is a 60 minute ball game.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
What does the "film" guy (srory but I am new to this blog but I have read some of his stuff and it seems like valuable insight) see when McNair is in there? Is it all McNair that is causing this, is McNair not to blame for anything and it is simply the other offensive players not doing their job, or is the scheme putting both McNair and the rest of the offense in a bad position and screwing evreyone over?

I heard Aubrey Huff was signed to the practice squad as our next QB.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
Are there different playbooks for McNair and Boller and if so, why?

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Bengals II
Purple Bird,
First off, welcome to the board.
To answer your question, the fault no doubt relies mostly on Brian Billick and his pathetic offensive schemes. McNair though, has plenty of blame, since he can't throw worth a shit anymore. Which now leads me back to Billick, since it was he who insisted on keeping a QB at the starting position, when all of us fans knew he was washed up.
