I'd be all over Wallace. He'd likely be cheaper and would give us a deep guy.

Even with Perriman we could use a second given the skillsets of Aiken and Senior, and of course our TE's.

I agree. Plus, he's only 29. He probably still has a couple more good years in his legs.

I'm worried that Marvin Jones or Mohammed Sanu could leave here. They would come back to haunt as a Raven.

I'd prefer Sanu over Jones. Jones just can't stay on the field. Good player though.

He didn't have a great year for the Vikings, but frankly, he wasn't a big part of their game plan. Bridgewater isn't a deep ball QB, so Wallace's speed wasn't really utilized.

His last year with Miami, he had 67, 862, and 10 scores.

I think he'd be a much better player here with Joe.

True but I think he would be too expensive for a situational deep threat besides Trestman doesn't seem to like to go deep often.I'm sure that's something The Ravens would like to work on during the off season along with the run game but it seems Trestman offense doesn't completely favor speedy receivers unless they able to be effective running routes that don't require them to go deep.

Perhaps he only appears to have a shallow-route bias because the Ravens didn't have any healthy deep threats last year. Someone with more knowledge of his Chicago offense may be able to chime in.

I think you guys thinking about Johnson are barking up the wrong tree. They won't release him, they'll put him on the reserve/retired list, which is essentially the same as releasing him I believe, but the retain his rights in the event he changes his mind and returns to the game.
