Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
You cannot close your eyes to how the offense woke up once Kyle got in there.Like I said I don't care who the QB is,as long as he is the best guy to help get this team a win.
Put the smile back on your face. This is a 60 minute ball game.

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
Easy to say but Boller has shown the inherent ability to hit the Pacific ocean when he was aiming for the Atlantic. His accuracy is deplorable for an NFL QB backup or not.
You have shown that you'd rather see McNair play like shit than Boller come in and win the game.

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
It will be interesting to see the offensive playcalling in the 2nd half, and how Kyle responds. But what we really need to do is put much more pressure on DelHomme. With the exception of 1 or 2 plays, we haven't really got much penetration into the backfield.
Hopefully, that will be corrected with the halftime adjustments.

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
I think we keep throwing deep. They have been there, we just need to keep Boller calm and we'll hit some of them.
Now if the defense can get some rest and stop the Panthers I like our chances."A moron, a rapist, and a Pittsburgh Steeler walk into a bar. He sits down and says, “Hi I’m Ben may I have a drink please?”

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
Agreed, Darb. We've been SOOOO close on a few plays downfield, it seems that Boller just needs to shake off a bit of rust. After all, those overthrown passes were not THAT overthrown... just off the fingertips most of the time.

Hrafn;
User CP button which is right above the reply button at the top of your screen.
At the bottom of the User Control Panel is a buddy/ignore list.
Add whoever you want to ignore and hit save list."A moron, a rapist, and a Pittsburgh Steeler walk into a bar. He sits down and says, “Hi I’m Ben may I have a drink please?”

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
If we can protect Boller a little bit better, he will hit those deep throws. he was throwing off his back foot and missing by step.

Re: GAME THREAD - Panthers/Ravens
Finally an attacking offense, that is what we have all been crying for.
Whether it hits or not,it still puts those defenders on their heels.
We are not getting enough push up the middle, our guys are being rolled to the outside on defense.
Did you see how quick Foster gets to the outside compared to Jamal.
I have more optimism we can win this game, than I did before kickoff.Put the smile back on your face. This is a 60 minute ball game.
