Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
Not a blowout. I see this as a game where we control the clock and win a very boring game (which is fine by me!).
Probably the same offensive game plan as last week - run, run, pass - but it will be effective against a much weaker defense.

Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
THe Raiders are going to ugly this thing up. This should be like a 20+ point blowout but I bet itll be something around 22-6. I predict a lot of FGs in this one.
And like I said in another thread because of the quality (or lack there of) of our opponent I doubt well learn anything new or revealing from this game. Just take the W and keep it moving and get ready for the pesky Bengals. They hate us..... but they want to BE us. (.... or at least poach all our players/coaches/FO people!) :respect

Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
Won't be a blow out. Those are rare and they do have moderate talent on defense.
We still win though. 20-14

Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
I could see this going any which way. Part of me thinks the stink of Denver has them come out in a near repeat of Tampa last year where the game is over at the end of the 1st quarter. But we don't have the same talent on offense, so I could see it being much closer. I'm guessing somewhere around 23 - 10

23-9 Ravens. Maybe, as long as the line can get its shit together.

Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
CIN TE Tyler Eifert in his first full game since 2013 went 9 of 10 for 100+ and 2 TDs vs. OAK in week 1, so Gill/Will could have a nice day.
Looking at OAK's secondary on PFF, all but two guys struggled in coverage vs. CIN.
And with Woodson out with a sep shoulder, that number is down to one.
I think our defense will kill it to the tune of several sacks/PDs/INTs.
With better pass pro, this game should not be close at all.
Noteworthy to watch: How each unit plays its first 1-2 series.
Historically, we ALL know that we start slow AF on the road and/or vs. inferior teams anywhere.
But the team will have been on the road for over a week come kick-off, and I don't know what to expect from this "team management" tactic at all.
Win, lose or tie, I looking forward to seeing how fast and intense we play in 1Q...especially without one of our leaders suited up."The Ravens are not taking Jimmy Smith at 26!" -- Me, the day before the 2011 Draft
"On their way to the podium, the Ravens FO is going to collectively step over my dead body and select...Breshad Perriman." -- Me, the day before the 2015 Draft

Re: The OFFICIAL Ravens-Raiyydduhs Prediction Thread
I think the Ravens offense picks it up and plays relatively well. Successful with the pass for most of the game and then we pound it to close it out.
31-10, defense gives up their 1st TD.
