Honor City Firefighter Sunday
I hope the Ravens honor City firefighter Allan Roberts, who died in the fire in Greektown on Tuesday. A man dedicated to the city & it's citizens. A brave manwho also loved the Ravens.

Do they know about this? Nothing personal but I doubt they have somebody continually watching the news to see if somebody dies they should honor.

I would think the Ravens should know, they are plugged in to the community. It was the lead story on TV & in The Examiner & Sun. They can't be that oblivious, they all live here too, including the owner.

Yes, but I don't think they go through their day looking at things like this with an eye toward finding people to honor. They might see the story, think it sucks just as we would and then go onto putting their kids to bed or discussing the next home project with their spouse, etc.
If you feel strongly you should send them a note, that's all.

Re: Honor City Firefighter Sunday
I have got a couple of people (Iraqi vets)on the field for the coin toss, so has Mr T, simply by making a phone call. I agree with Greg, call them and mention it. I know this is different but they do listen. Can't hurt to try.

The Ravens proved once again why they are a quality orginization with quality people. What a class move to have a moment of silence before the game.
