I dont believe it is completely boned, but I do think that things are going to continue to be awkward until the baby boomer generation is gone.

Except that the bill was 1,000 + pages so there is lots to challenge. (Plus the court got that one wrong)

Not that I'm a huge fan of the baby boom generation, but what exactly is it that they are doing that is 'boning' the country?
