Fixed it for you. Sentences begin with capital letters and end with question marks when asking a question. Ozzie's name is spelled with a capital O.

44 of all 683 since 1994 (.065%) is pretty dang great considering that outside of Jerry Jones he's probably the only Exec/GM employed that long and for good reason. When you average 2.3 extra picks a year AND make good draft choices (mostly) it tends to have an effect on a franchise.

Rx Docs know decimal points .... .065 or 6.5% :)

6.5% for 1 of 32 teams picks divided evenly would be 3.1% so we are over twice the average expected
