Just read that article yesterday, not sure if they filed yet. Article basically said the 2nd circuit court normally doesn't over rule berman's decisions.

So this issue is not dropped by the nfl. Goodell is going to try again, so maybe that means he has the backing of most of the owners.

Read article that said nothing will happen until Jan or Feb. If pats are in postseason, it get's delayed again. tb plays this year and I suspect, wins another SB, then tells goodell to KMA. Then the truth comes out and nfl really looks bad with their handling of deflategate.
