Re: Around The League
Bucs trade safety Dashon Goldson and a 2016 7th round pick to the Redskins for a 2016 6th round draft pick.

Re: Around The League
Nope. The Bucs have tons of space and still have to pay Goldson $4 million this year.
They just don't like the player. Lovie have been given the green light to get rid of players no matter what the cost. That's why he's been so aggressive in his cuts. It's also why Vincent Jackson and his $12 million cap number is staying. They like Jackson and won't cut him because they have the space to keep him even at that price.

Re: Around The League
It's so sad to see this. Most people don't realize how incredible LaRon Landry was in college. He was absolutely one of the best I ever saw and he must have been about half that size. Now he's turned himself into a complete joke and career isn't anywhere close to where it could have been. Landry was drafted 6th overall. At the time the only Safety ever taken that high had been Sean Taylor who was drafted #5 overall. Landry was that good a prospect. Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu weren't anywhere near the prospects that LaRon Landry was.
Something just snapped with this guy. Maybe it was Sean Taylor's death which I know he had a tough time dealing with. Whatever it was LaRon never came close to what he could have been in the the NFL. And now he's probably just killed any chance to stay in the league. What a waste

Re: Around The League
Maybe he's preparing to compete for a Mr. Olympia title?
