Mitchell Report and the NFL
Just heard on ESPN Radio (so consider the source) that the Mitchell Report will be made public after the World Series and that some names will be linked to NFL players.
Now, Im not a brain surgeon (PP would agree with that) but how can NFL players come out in an MLB report????
The only thing I can think of is maybe through trainers? Any chance we see some of our boys in purple named?

Re: Mitchell Report and the NFL
I've been hearing and reading for about three months that the Mitchell report is "just about to come out" and it never did. Maybe it will really come out after the World Series, but I'll believe it when I see it.
And yes, I can believe that NFL players could be named in this, even though that wasn't their goal. At least one player and one assistant coach have already been named (and suspended) due to that steroids investigation into that Orlando pharmacy. If the Mitchell investigation uncovers the names of pro players who may not be in MLB, why should they sit on them?
